Job Duties

• Inspect venues to ensure that they meet the client’s requirements.
• Coordinate event services such as rooms, transportation, and food.
• Monitor event activities to ensure that the client and the attendees are satisfied.
• Review event bills and approve payments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations.
• Direct product sourcing and purchasing.
• Maintain a floor presence during all meal periods to ensure optimal guest service and employee support.
• Establish standards in daily operations following applicable government regulations.
• Ensure that hotel operations comply with internal corporate controls.
• Perform duties related to the Restaurant’s food and beverage operations
